Anyone else getting an error on the BMWUSA Tracking page?

I ordered mine from Habberstad BMW in Long Island.

MY CA said 3 to 5 weeks... so, I am hoping that I will get it before Aug 15...

lets meet up sometime after we get our car

my one is a 28i, so it is a family winter car. what color is yours? my one is an alpine white.

by the way, congratulation on getting your new bmw.

It's not working for me either but there's a sign saying that this section will be down for a few days, presumably for maintenance.

I called up the 800 number... they have no clue when it is going to b back... they confirmed it is not a maintenance problem... so it must b a bug

they are having some site update this weekend. hopefully it will be fixed before our car's production video is avaialble.

i was thinking about doing performance center delivery. however, the recent tour bus accidents in upstate ny scares me. are you doing performance center deliver?

if you are interest, lets do it together. at least we will be driving the x3 home on the same route for the most part. i spoke with my CA. They have to arrange it soon, given our car is built in the first week of August.

Do they have an approximate date? I guess they shud have an exact date if we go with performance center delivery...

Still not able to make up my mind.. It is a 13 hr drive..~760 miles!

You have to speak with your CA. They will have to notify the performance center soon. The CA than, will get a list of available day for that.

Hmm... Ok will give a try... My CA is off for a couple of days... so, I guess will hav to wait till Tue... If u decide to go, let me know the available dates

I got an email saying that my video is ready but then when I sign in on BMWUSA, I cannot click on "Watch My Video."

Are you still not getting it? The site was "supposed" to be fixed by today. I still get the error when I track my x3. Did you get in touch with your CA? May be he has a copy of your video?

I have been waiting to watch my video since July 3rd with no luck. Emailed BMW and they said give it a week and try it again. That was 3 weeks ago. I'm beginning to lose hope that I'll ever see it. Guess I can always watch my "loaner" video.

As sfax mentioned, lot of ppl with the same issue..

All I can say is, call your CA and check if he has a copy of your video!

So I found the shipping company responsible for Bavarian Motor Transport. They apparently have a tracking service for customers if you sign up with them (and provide the last seven digits of your VIN), but just my luck--customer login is under construction. This sort of bums me out.
