I think you can do ALOT better on a 2014 with hardly any options! Many posters have been getting $7,000 to $9,000 off MSRP.

That you need to clarify
sDrive for X3 means 2015, not 2014.

Now you should easily get 7% off MSRP on ordered cars and probably more on 2015 x3 parked on the dealers' lot (rare at the moment, I agree).

Did you try BMW of Woodlands ? I know it is almost Houston but my experience is that these guys usually have competitive pricing...
