Bluetooth Option Question

Does anyone know the difference between the following bluetooth options:

S06NH - Bluetooth hands free with USB interface

S06NK - Bluetooth connectivity with USB interface

May not clear it up but best I can do I'm afraid. 6NK was the only bluetooth option available for a long time due to parts shortages

That actually would explain it as I'm sure I didnt see it when I was building a spec online a few months ago but now its appeared.
