Creaky seat belt holder in B-Pillar

Its doing my nut in but the seat belt holder is creaking with the slightest move of the seat belt when I am driving, It is happening where the seat belt goes into the door pillar (b-pillar?) and as it is right by my ear it is really annoying me. Before I embarrass myself at the dealers has anyone else had a similar issue and found a fix?

I just had the same complaint, I thought I did everything on trying to locate so ended going to dealer.
My complaint was a creek noise around l shoulder or L side of head thought it might be B pillar
Tech took for test drive came in verified noise took x3 back to work area 30 min later done
Work order stated cleaned door seal driver door
I asked service person what they use it seems BMW makes a cleaner and a seal conditioner I don't have any more info.
