This forum site will need a traffic management server next weekend to stop it from falling over with all the images and new driver reports to be added from the British contingent. The wait is nearly over............

haha.. i can deffo believe that... it's been 12 hours since i picked up the car... and i still have a buzz.. then again i did only put 6 miles on it !

i think it definitely does.. had the same combo on my previous z4 as well.. surprising though not as fussed about it now as i thot i would be... will probably leave it for a while and see how i get on... still trying to get used to the new car and all...

sfax - thanks for the explain on the mirror from keyfob not working in NA - i didn't know that feature existed til this thread, explains why. can't miss what i never had. i use the button to fold in mirrors all the time, did on my 328 as well.

Cooldude00 - looks beautiful! can't wait to see the rest of you UK guys who are waiting this week and next to post picts of more X3's w/ the steering on the other side...

looking nice mate... doesn't look like it needs much prep work!

spoke with the dealer.. looks like it's just a blanking plate... bringing in the car next wk to get that sorted as well as the folding mirrors which seem to be folding only intermittently..

done 400 miles over the wkend... 39.5mpg... no doubt that will drop like a rock once i get back to my normal around town driving!

Was the 5 a saloon? I think it's because the X3 is an estate but not sure.

Picked up on Friday afternoon. Just back home after 260 miles this w/e. More proper res photos perhaps, plus a write up on first impressions to follow, but so far it's fantastic.
