Lease Numbers, mpg on the "D"
Just got the 2016 X3 D here in the states/New England. Base, Sea Blue Metallic, Sand Beige, Prem Pkg, Nav, HUD, RT Traffic, Driver Assistance Pkg, Driver Assistance Plus Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg (heated front, rear, steering wheel), Rear View Camera, Parking Assistance Camera View, 8 speed, etc. Lease $590/Mo for 36 Months. Get a $3500 sec deposit back at lease end. Traded in a 13 year old XC90 in great shape, but 190,000 miles. Ends a streak of 6 Volvos over the past 30 years.
Love the new car. Got 42.1 mpg, @ 63 mph, some rolling hills, no climbing, light foot, 37 deg F, first tank on new car, all in EcoPro. Its rated 34 mpg hiway in the US. Could not be happier. Considered Macan seriously, but wanted to take a lighter cut on the environment. Also allowed us to save some money towards my wife's new car (328 D Sportwagen) X3 is our 7th BMW. Sin Gas |

I know people say to get breakdown of numbers....money factor/cap cost/residual.
Last few leases I just got fed up with getting buried in the details. I mean in the end the bottom line is how much you are paying out. It's been working for me so far. I negotiate what I want to pay, and they can adjust the details to make it work to that number. Last 3 leases were negotiated like that. I know lots of people will recommend not negotiating like that. So, just wondering though....if people think that is high? As a reference, 3 other dealers I went to were asking me for around 900/month for same details: 2016 x35i, MSRP 58K, 24 months, 10K miles/year, taxes/fees up-front Thanks! |

For X4 35i MSRP $64k it was about $650-$670 range without MSDs Maybe your numbers are so high because of the 24k month lease ? Have you asked other dealers? How many? I can recommend u to my Sales Advisor if u need or my friends Lease Broker
