I have an opportunity to buy and 2004 X3 full loaded for $5,000.
It only has approx 50.000 km with no accident.

I am just wondering is there any major maintenance or issues that I should be aware of as the car age.

Your comments and insight are much appreciated.

Check all of the rubber hoses and lines in the engine if they are in good condition or need to be replaced. Possibly the VANOS seals, if the car was regularly serviced, the vehicle should be in great condition. The E83 was great that it didn't have that many electronics and engines were naturally aspirated, so should be running fine if everything was kept up to date, service wise.
