2013 X3 with Apps
Need help on how to log in to "my bmw remote" on iPhone 4. BMW assist doesn't seem to know and doesn't even know what "connected drive" is to give me password help. Many thanks.

When you took delivery of your X3 you likely setup a BMW Assist account. The BMW Assist account has an e-mail address and a password. Use the same e-mail address and password for My BMW Remote.

Correct, as above, the dealer should have registered you with the online services and you goto the portal to set yourself up, and a few days later they activate the car.
If you look in the BMW Services menu have a look at what options you have, if a whole bunch of stuff is missing, then it has not yet been activated. |

Of note, the first time you log into the app, you may need to enter your info in all CAPS, so enter both your username and password in all caps. That's what I needed
