RDC Module has no CAFD, it is not a codeable ECU. I would imagine ISTA has a RDC Initialization / Calibration procedure that must be used.

Is it retrofitted? Do you use Read (ECU) and not Read (VCM)?

yes, it is a retrofit a icam , I understand that we must add a resistance of 120 ohms between canH and canL. i will buy one .

Hi looking for info how to re enable carplay on my F36 GC. I had this but using Bimmercode app could not access the NBT HU so decided (foolishly) to restore backup. This has tripped out my Carplay.

I have a 5 - 5 digit code which was provided when it was installed.

Q how easy is it to add carplay back I have the ENET cable

Any help appreciated

Is it possible to reset battery after replacement with e-sys? I'm trying to replace the battery with the same specs and i understand i will have to "reset" it.
