Great job fedinand. I've bought some new cleaning kit and am hoping to follow suit very soon

I washed with Mothers gold wash then used in order:
P21S paintwork cleanser
Sonus Final Finish
P21S carnuba wax

Did it by hand instead of using the orbital buffer - started around 8:30 and finished around noon. Would have been done sooner but spent a good chunk of time coaxing both of the pups out of the car. They thought they should be going for a ride and didn't want to come out!

Thanks - I love the first detail (hopefully before you notice any chips or scratches or swirls).

Really looks nice! Great photos! if it were at my house you would have cat tracks across the hood within 5 minutes. How often do you wax it?

I usually do a major detail twice a year - once in the spring and once in the fall before the snow flies. I don't wax it in between, I do use detail sprays after I wash until I detail it again though.

Not much skill involved, time and good products get most of the credit!

It is supposed to rain literally everyday next week (I'll just have to get satisfaction watching the rain roll away from the paint)

That's the best part of waxing the car. Have you tried applying rain x on the windshield?

Yup - almost got into an accident watching an individual drop roll up the hood and up the windshield

you have to be very disciplined to spend 3.5 hours cleaning/waxing!! I would need to look at the weather and make sure there was a full week of sunshine before committing to that! But it looks great, black is such a nice color when it's clean
