I have - I have paired older iPhones but I cannot get my new iPhone 5 to pair properly.
Usual Apple rubbish - no information - just a failed to pair notification. Can anyone provide me with assistance? |

Actually most of the 2004's did not ship with bluetooth (B/T) in the early years. It was a dealer installed option, at least in 04, and wasn't even available for the first half of the year. All X3 steering wheels had the buttons installed from the factory but you need to check if you have the B/T module in the rear compartment of the trunk (left side). If not, your car does not have B/T. The modules (I think called ULF) can be quite pricey to acquire (as well apparently coding is necessary) so if you don't have the module then an aftermarket solution may end up being an easier route.
I was sad when pressing my B/T button did nothing |
