New owner here!
Is there any must have accessory for x3?
like luggage compartment net?

I'd say a trunk liner, either the BMW OEM or Weathertech (I have the Weathertech).

definitely agree with this. amazed how much dirt the liner picks up and therefore keeps out of the rear carpet.

BMW trunk tray- Weathertech version doesn't have the fold over piece that protects the rear bumper.

BMW Touch up paint.

BMW rubber mats- I have them over the carpeted ones they come with the car.

BMW carbon fiber license plate holders- expensive, but very durable.

WeaterTech liners are good for the winter if you live in a snow belt.

Cargo Net is good and prevents cargo from rolling around- this was a freebie with my 2013 X3. Likewise for cargo box.
