Screen upgrade

This has probably been posted many time I’m sure

I have a 2017 X3 F25 with enhanced Bluetooth telephone (6NS) but the standard screen size, I want to upgrade to the larger screen … is that a straight plug and play or does it need coding.

Point me to the right thread or links to purchase a screen or recommended installer

I figured it out with the help of a great local company. £600 for an OEM 8.8 screen fully coded and a Black Friday may update for £36
Turned out relatively easy in the end
