A couple X3's are planning to meetup at the dragstrip and want to see if any other BMW's want to join. As of now we have a Racechip and Enzo Tuned X3 28i and a stock X3 35i.

Still hoping you can round up someone with a 328i xDr to have a run against Crash.

And the offer still stands - if you share jpegs of your slips and provide your tuned HPs, I'll prepare the graphs as I did for Crash and place on the Acceleration page.

A regular F30 328 xdrive? I raced a few before.... side by side, really no diff in acceleration that I see

Will do. Getting my car Enzo tuned so will give you all the data when its done.

Will be recorded by both of us =D

Hopefully we get more F25's , last time we had some E70's representing and F22 big time.

I didn't realize you have had a chance to go side-by-side already, Crash. If you still have your slips and can share, I can graph them on the '!X3 Acceleration Files -Master List!' thread [ http://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1149189 ] which will allow further validation of the model for our X3s. I hope to be able to use this thread as a reference point for us with real-world numbers to support.

Thanks for sharing the pictures, Rob! And thanks for the PM with all of the slips. I'll get to work on charting and performing the analyses when I get some time.

Although not wishing to appear uneducated in this area, would it be possible for you to share some basic definitions of performance mods available and the degree of effects they would be expected to have? I've tried to read on downpipes, piggyback, catless, ..., but I'm having difficulty understanding these different set-ups.

334 = jamoka3 F30 328 xDrive Base model w/ just ActiveAutowerke8 Piggyback (1 run with it on, 1 run with it off)

339 = Me, F25 xDrive28i M-Sport pkg w/ just RaceChip (C, E, F settings) C= stock, E = 2 above stock, F = 3 above stock , and the RC off run (14.8)

410 = mge92 X3 xDrive28i M-Sport pkg on 20's, SuperSprint Quad, EnzoTuned with about 150-200 miles.

626 = hsrashid5 F10 535Xi Meisterschaft GTS Quad Exhaust, Dr.Euro DownPipe, Custom Chargepipe, BMS Intake, JB4 Stage 2, H&R Springs, Vossen VFS2 20"

Thanks, Rob. I had some time this afternoon to prepare the summary chart for the slips you provided in the PM to me. I have not had time to prepare the graphs. I wish to continue placing all performance data into the '!X3 Acceleration Files - Master List!' thread at http://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1149189 so it can remain the central repository for ease of future reference for this type of data. As I am not sure what settings you used for each run identified by Island Dragway as 'Rd' numbers, if you wish to add the settings you used for each as noted in the green headings it can assist for documentation.
