I have a 2005 E83 X3

I have a Android screen to install, my factory system is the BMW Business CD without factory screen.

I have installed the aux cable myself which works perfect until I connect the loom for my android screen at which point the AUX mode is no longer available.

When I remove the Android screen harness AUX mode is then available.

Anyone have any solutions for this?

I work for a car audio company and have been speaking directly with the manufacturer of the unit and they are stumped as to why this is happening.
