Question regarding accessories...
First time poster here. And, first time BMW owner here as well.
I recently ordered a 2012 X3 (the dealer says that it will likely be available mid-October). I wanted to see if folks here had thoughts on ordering accessories. I pretty much ordered a basic X3 with the one extra being the sunroof option. There were a lot of accessories that I was interested in but figured I could order them over time based on what I really need. For example, there are a lot of covers and storage accessories for the back area that I plan on picking up over time based on what makes sense. My question is this: Is there a place where I can order X3 accessories on line at a discount? I realize I can order them from my dealer but wanted to know if people had thoughts on ordering them from an aftermarket place that discounts them, ships with no tax, etc. If the accessories require dealer installation, I will certainly buy them from the dealer and have them install them but for simple accessories is there a source here people use? Thanks in advance for your thoughts on where to order as well as anything related to X3 accessories. |

Thank you sir. I appreciate it.
Ideally, I'd like to see if I can order roof rails, floor mats, some storage options and a few more items. The dealer that I ordered the car from wasn't looking to discount them much. That could be a BMW thing (as I mentioned, this is my first BMW). Normally, the Subaru dealer would pretty much give me 50% off all accessories across the board. |

I bought stuff off eBay apparently from a dealer in a different state, the shipping was free and the price was good. Oh, and I save on taxes too!
I used this guy: Angelo Bragaglia Internet Sales Specialist Prestige MINI 925 Route 17 South Ramsey, NJ 07446 (201) 760-5084 Direct (201) 321-5518 Cell Found him on eBay somewhere. Disclaimer: it is entirely my experience with this dealership. I am in no way affiliated with them. |
