rear view camera not working please help

hi ive got a 2015 bmw x3 with factory rear camera last weeek picture started to break up so i removed the camera and checked the connection all looked ok when i plugged it back in i now have no picture just the pdc pic
ive ordered a new camera and fitted it but still no luck
any ideas anyone

Maybe good idea to get fault codes read.

There is a control module, problem might be in there....but you need fault codes, diagnostics to help pinpoint.
