Just bought an X3 to pull my new sailboat. Have been a sports car driver for 40 years, so it is quite a transition to an X3. Was thinking that just making the rig sound a little more sporty would be an improvement. Are there any easy intake mods that can improve that end of the engine? I'd rather hear intake than exhaust. But would consider some modification of the exhaust system if it were subtle, inexpensive and could be reversed without much drama.
