Europe PREMIUM 2014-1 remains the latest release for CIC and Europe NEXT 2015-1 is released for NBT.

A friend of mine downloaded Europe 2015-I Move for X3 2.0D 2011 with business nav. Does he need a FSC code too?

Yes. All Hard Drive based Navigation Maps (i,e, MOVE, MOTION, ROUTE, PREMIUM, NEXT, and EVO) require an FSC Code.
