PDC (Park Distance Control) stopped beeping

For some reason, PDC seemed to have stopped beeping. I can see the image on the LCD screen, however, I am getting no beep. I verified volume was set to the max within the iDrive settings and I hear the beep when I set the volume within iDrive.

odd. Not sure what I did.

Anyone else seeing this (or should I say, not hearing this)?

A reboot of drive fixed it....I think.

Hold the volume-mute button for longer than 25sec. You get the BMW splash screen and she reboots!
