Harman Kardon, Auto Start/Stop, and Eco Pro

I have a 2015 x3 28i. Has anyone else noticed that the auto start/stop switches on more roughly in the regular driving mode after having been in Eco Pro mode? Before ever using Eco Pro mode, my auto start/stop was hardly noticeable, but it is very noticeable after trying Eco Pro mode (even sometimes seeming to kick on/off while I still have my foot on the brake). Will the system retrain itself or is there something I can do to smooth it out again?

Also, does anybody have any recommended Harman Kardon settings? I am a novice, but my current settings are:

Treble/flat
Bass/+1 (also trying flat and -1)
L7/on
100/+3
200/+1
500/+3
1000/+3
2000/+2
5000/+1
10000/+1

I listen to top 40/country/old rock. Thanks.

^ the start/stop should get smoother as you wear in the car. I have a 2012 BMW X3 and after a couple thousand miles the start/stop is barely noticeable esp when the engine is warmed up. Only when the engine is cold does it become noticeable.

Here are some settings according to other forum posters

I had mine done by a sound engineer… here are the settings:

Fader: +2 Towards rear
Treble: +4
Surround: OFF
100Hz: -2
200Hz: -1
500Hz: 0
1KHz: +2
2KHz: -3
5KHz: +4
10KHz: +6

or

100 Hz: +0
200 Hz: +1
500 Hz: +5
1000 Hz: +3
2000 Hz: +8
5000 Hz: +5
10000 Hz: +5

Front/Rear Balance:
Rear: +3
Left/ Right balance:
Right: +2

Have no comment on the stop/start since I pressed the button to turn it off the day the car was delivered and have forget about it ever since.

Thanks for the settings though, will try those. Normally I think the "surround" setting in a car is just marketing bs but at moderate volume, I find the surround setting to be decent in the X3.

I also don't notice any difference & agreed might be a marketing bs.

Well I took these from other people on the forums. I suspect that the treble and bass are set to 0. Honestly its all about how u interpret the sounds and what type of music you are listening to
