Group Coding Meet

If anyone in the CT, RI, MA, NY area would like to get together, and do a group coding session - let me know. I have the cable, software, and time - I've done a number of the mods and can help anyone if they are having troubles, or are a first timer - or just don't want to build the cable etc...

Thinking later this month or even sometime in July.
Shoot me some dates and location ideas.

I would be interested although I am usually only free during the week (Mon, Tues, Fri) or the weekends at 7pm but could make time for whatever if convenient for all others that are interested. This would definitely spare me time from making a cable and possibly messing anything in the car up.

That could be fun. I live just south of Hartford. Count me in if time allows. Got the cable and the software, I made some changes, but would like to exchange experiences.

I was thinking about doing the same but it sounds like you've got it covered!

Is there an F25 cheat sheet?

I have been following the F10 forum, but I think some elements of the F25 are different, specifically I want to try and enable Forward Warning (which is a feature you get with LDW), but I think they have a different system on the F10.

I'm interested. I'm in Mass and weekends in July are best for me.
Thanks.

The f25 has almost all of the same modules as the f10. I use f10 info to code.

As for the forward warning, I believe you also need the radar cruise control? Not sure. I don't have the LDW so I can't test for you sorry.

So far no one has created F25 cheat sheet, most of us are following F10.

7/14 1030am group meet

Hey all- as I have successfully coded my 2013 F25 X3, I am hosting a group coding on July 14th in Connecticut for F25, F10/11, and can help the F30 chassis people as well. I would like to start at 10:30am, and will be available until about 1:30, depending on attendance.

I will be holding this at 1899 Silas Deane Highway, in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. It's actual the "KOHL's" parking lot but it shares a very large empty lot with a since out of business mega store. Google satellite the address!

PM me to "RSVP" please.

Quick meeting (no coding, just demonstration ), like a MEET&GREET tomorrow 6/24 at Rocky Hill Starbucks @ 9:00am until 10:00am. 412 Cromwell Avenue Rocky Hill, CT 06067 (860) 257-3200. If you plan on attending, please RSVP here or via PM. I will have my laptop and the cable with me, but that is just for show, we will not have enough time to do any major coding.

What's the need of hurrying up for a quick demo? Why don't you join stepfordBMW and do it together.

were you able to code the TPM module to show the PSI and temp? i coded my f30 already. last night i coded the X3 and realized it was more like the f10 cheat sheet. i coded just about everything i needed off the f10 cheat sheet, but my TPM module doesnt know the actual PSI or TEMP numbers i just see the labels.

also curious if there is a way to code the f25 to have the PDC top and side mirrors activated longer.

Hey - I haven't coded it yet, but I have a feeling because I have a '13 with the torque & power meters, plus a sport package I should be able to. I'll try this tonight!

Also - there is a way to enable them. Use the F10 cheat sheet - it's about 3 pages now. You have to really look for it though. I think it still may require some tweaking. check out the F10 coding forum, on the "other" site.

I had coded the TPM module and initially only tags were available but I noticed while driving that Pressure and temp values were displayed and both were increasing gradually. I also noticed that pressures were too low in the early morning.

mind sharing you settings? its just the RDC safety function right? it's weird i have the labels but no numbers shows up. its the same coding on the f30 and on my f30 it works fine. i may try again this weekend. but i also have a 2012.
