Agreed. Better than usual stock exhaust, but I?d still be looking at aftermarket options.

Does BMW have to copy ALL things Mercedes ?

Hey at least they arent fake. I agree but they could be those awful looking fake tips where you can see the street through them... so tacky

at the end the idle finally goes down. he literally forced that cold start into submission.

BMW has been doing them since at least the 2007 E70, the M Sport pack added the rectangular exhaust tips versus the standard round ones.

With the move to the dual exhaust on the X3, they've done the same. The M Sport/M Performance have rectangular while the rest still have round.
