Question Need Help: Production begins, 2 different roof rails? ACC for free?

Hi Guys,

I am very excited that my x3 m-sport begins production today.
I found 2 issues on the tracking page.

1. I ordered Driver Assitance Plus without ACC Stop&Go, however I found the ACC feature is there, does that mean I got this feature for free? Should I let my CA know about this? I don't want to pay 1K more when I pick up the car, but I don't mind if it's free.

2. Another thing is I found both high-gloss and satin aluminum roof rails are on the page. Has anyone who ordered black roof rails seen this during production? See attached screenshot.

I don't want the aluminum roof rails on my msport. When I placed the order with my CA, he unchecked the standard aluminum in the options step and according to him this will change the roof rails to high-gloss black.

I would call and mention the rails, you may get either at the moment.

Refer to your vehicle inquiry report (provided by your CA/Dealer, at the time the vehicle was ordered. This is the document that is correct as to build. Cannot rely on website for vehicle production specs.

Yeah, don't rely on mybmw. Mine was the same, and everything came out correct. Ask you CA for a copy of the build sheet. That's what matters.

Ask me how I know
