Torch light

Hi all I bought a rechargeable torch but cannot find where to plug it in my car ( its a 2008 x3) can anyone help? Please

They deleted the rechargable lights in 2008 and replaced it with a AAA LED part # 63 31 9 148 677.

The spot where it fits in the X3 is a round hole where the plug in's used to go.
