Well, do you actually have low coolant when you get the warning? How low? Have you checked your oil level? Is it low? Does the coolant in your reservoir look milky/creamy/frothy? Are there visible leaks around the housing where your oil filter sits?

BTW, if you're driving with a low oil pressure warning without verifying if it's really low or not is one of the worst things you can do to the engine |

My immediate thoughts are you have a failing OFHG , with the low oil pressure issue...allowing oil to feed to coolant side .. but in the same breath you shouldn't be loosing coolant this way as the oil pressure is higher than the coolant pressure and oil should be feeding into coolant, not the other way around...
Does your coolant look milky? Have oil residue in it? |

My Apologies, It wasn’t Leaking. The Coolant was Burning and what I did was took it to my Local Mechanic and we found the Valve Cover to be Leaking, After Replacing it She’s been running perfectly fine.

As well, the valve cover doesn't have any oil pressure in it, so not sure how replacing it would fix a low oil pressure warning |

I’ll also go outside with a Flathead and see if the Timing Chain needs replacing (145k miles still on original chain)

After a 1 hour Drive, I checked the Coolant and oil. Coolant does not seem to be Milky, And the Oil is at Max. Looked under the hood and removed the Engine Cover and there were no visible leaks or cracks in any parts. Temperatures were normal and I did not receive any Warnings regarding Low Coolant or Low Oil Pressure.

That's good, but I agree with the above that replacing a valve cover gasket will have no impact on coolant or coolant levels. Nor do I know what "burning" coolant means unless you mean literally because it's in the combustions chambers, in which case you have much larger problems.
