Some type of leak

Hello,

I’ve noticed this leak near the engine. The car is prelci X3 F25 20D. At the moment I’m just experiencing some shaking (not consistent, might be engine bags/holders), a squeaking belt I suppose, also unchanged timing chain. The car recently has thrown a drivetrain fault and removed the power for a little bit, the mechanic said it was an EGR code, deleted it, it hasn’t come back.

I'm having a tough time knowing what I'm looking at in the photos. Is the orientation from under the car? The second picture has the hose with a lot of fluid built up on it. The car needs to be washed. Clean off that dust, and then try to wipe down everything that I'm guessing is oil build-up. Once everything is clean and you drive it some you be able to pin point where the fluid is leaking from.
