X3 Fuel

Hi , Can anyone help, ive recently purchased a 2004 X3 2.5 iauto and concerned about the fuel economy i seem to be getting about 16 mpg even on longish runs no change im sure this is exessive , can anyone help?

Is that hand calculated? Considering it was rated for something like 15/20, your mileage is not terribly odd.

Probably get better response in the correct section for the E83 X3.

I had a 3.0 auto and it returned low to mid twenties averaging 63-67 mph on long trips. If your car is high mileage, all sorts of filters, plugs and fluids could be the cause of the milage
