Hissing From Speakers

Do you know what would cause a hiss sound to be emitted from the upgraded speakers? Could it be the amps gains are set too high?

Thanks Mike. I'll be sure to read up on that. I'm planning to take it back to my installers to take a look at it as I got more scheduled work to be done.
