Broken Heads-Up Display or..?

Have had this car for a little while now and ever since I’ve owned it I’ve had and issue with the HUD. When I first bought the car, the heads-up display would show up but it would be super choppy. Now all the sudden it just shows white and I don’t know if I need to replace it or what it could be. If someone could help me out, let me know what I can do please 🙏🏽 (picture below of current state) Attached Images
