I can't see e mails in office. I have BB with AT&T data plan. I have paired with my car but can't see any e-mails in messages. Am I missing anything?

You need to have OS 6 (pretty much means you need to have either the Bold or the Torch).

I am not on AT&T so can't help you there.

Also, I had problems at first if you have more than one account on the BB - for some reason it kept picking up different accounts randomly. A battery pull solved that problem (BB battery - not the X3's ).

On Verizon at least, I've not heard of a BB working properly. A few of us here with OS6 can get old message to load, but new messages will not display, which defeats the purpose of BMW Office on the go.

Hmm, I am dragging up this old thread hoping there is a solution to the office/ bb torch issues.

I was able to view emails ONCE.

Now I can't view any emails now under messages.

I tried unpairing the phone and repaired... No luck.

What am I missing?

Had the same problem with my touch 9850. Worked the first time, then wouldn't connect later.

1. go to manage connections-network and connections-bluetooth connections-blackberry menu button-MAP options (are they "checked")
2. go to your BMW connection under bluetooth connections- choose "BMW ???"-device properties- what services are available? message notification?
3. on the idrive go to your phone and choose it. hit the option button below the idrive knob-make sure "office' is choosen. I beat my head against the wall trying to find why it wouldn't show messages until i found that "office" was not checked.

I found "office" unselected. ... it is selected now.

sorry to rehash this old thread but yesterday my car stopped displaying the messages from my cell phone (BB Q10).

Weird... I didn't change any settings in the car or my phone???

Office is still checked but the only info that is transferred to the car is my contact list. ?? Doh!
