Wheels on X3 3.5

Just wondering thought son upgrading the wheels to the light alloy. Are they still an all season tire?

If you go with the 19s - they will be summer only performance tires and will be staggered 245/45/19 and 275/40/19s. I will be getting the 19s - I will have a dedicated set of snow tires so might as well get the wheels that look better (to me) and come with the performance tires for the summer.
