Base MF should be .00156 or worth about $10.50/month in your case.

For this month, the majority of Dealers in the US are locked in at .00156 base MF. Any bit higher is all profit for the dealership. I would try to get that down as most dealers will give that to you to move the vehicle.

Also, I've never seen "Rent Charge".

Where did you get that figure from? Everywhere I’ve read and every dealer I’ve spoken to says it’s 0.00166?

Identical build, minus trailer hitch, to the one I just purchased a couple weeks ago. You will love the color combo!!! Awesome build and congrats, now get them to lower that money factor!

I just checked with a bunch of dealers and some friends and they all agree the buy rate is currently 00166 while also telling me they would never do 00166.

please post your lease deal (36/12, etc.) and ask for MF and Resid for your area. The forum is run by Edmunds so it up to date. But I can almost guarantee you .00166 is marked up.

I went ahead and posted over on edmunds, lets see what they say. I read through that thread the past few nights and I’m pretty sure it’s currently 58%/.00166. Thanks for looking out for me guys!

Tried to order an X3 with ZDA and ZDB today. My dealer just emailed me that orders with these options are not being taken for June, but maybe July? Although I'm not necessarily in a hurry, I would like a 2018. Here's the vehicle I want to build:

X3 30i M Sport
Phytonic Blue
Black Vernasca w/ Blue Stitching
Aluminum Rhombicle Trim
Driving Assist Pkg
Driving Assist Plus
M Sport minus the Moonroof (have never used on my current X3)
Parking Assist
Premium Pkg
Rear Manual Side Shades
Harman Kardon Sound
Wireless Charging

I've followed the builds in previous posts and have enjoyed hearing what everyone has purchased or leased. I likely didn't get a super deal, but I'm happy -- $58,820 MSRP down to $52,500 (about 11% discount w/ incentives and rebates). Let's see if it comes to fruition!

Note that the "M Sport" option is just the Convenience Package with M cosmetics, with zero performance improvements (but it also might be the only way to delete the moonroof). If you want the looks, that's OK, but just be aware of what you're buying.

If you want the M Sport Brakes (not included in the M Sport package), you need to get the Dynamic Handling Package (ZDH).

Note that the basic "LED headlights" only includes LEDs for the main headlights, which also have the old-style "angel eye" surrounds. High beams are halogens, and other lights (e.g., turn signals) are incandescent. However, foglights are LEDs, as that's standard for the x30i and M40i. If you want LEDs everywhere, you need the Executive package.

She's doing a PCD and everything sometime in June most likely.

Dealt with an out of state for us(but close to Spartanburg) dealership that has been extremely helpful on these orders.
Today is the day! PCD and a ~700 mile drive home over the next few days.

Wife and SIL are there now. We did it back in January and it was an absolute blast. They take such good care of you and make you feel special for the day. The overview with the genius that explains all of the tech was super beneficial.
The track time/off-road time/hot lap were so much fun.

Sat in the new 2019 Acura RDX at a nearby dealer a few days ago. Not on sale yet, and could not drive it, but they had one for display. A vast improvement over the out-going model. Interior looks good with nice materials. We should see some road tests and pricing info soon, but on the surface it looks like they will finally be a competitor in the same class as the X3, Q5, etc.

I was waiting on the 2019 RDX SH-AWD, but got an M40i instead.

I'm going to guess that the new RDX will be able to beat the tar out of the X3 30i, and might (BIG might) be able to run with the M40i off the line simply because of the new gearing, weight reduction, and new SH setup.

I'll be patiently waiting for YouTube videos of a RDX drag racing a X3 on the strip

Acura makes nothing interesting save for the NSX. Hondas are so good nowadays Acura is sort of obsolete.

I'd like to see them make a comeback. I think great things are on the loom.

I imagine that the Acura RDX 2.0L turbo will probably run similarly to the X3 of the same displacement in a drag race. A few tenths either way. No way will it be a match for the M40. I just think that Acura seems to have done a good job with the new RDX, mainly in terms of refinement and other upgrades, so that it will be cross-shopped against cars that it did not really compete with before.

Amen. I just don’t see it. There’s no way an RDX is going to hold a candle to an M40i. They’re not even close to being similar. Someone shopping for an M40i wouldn’t even consider an RDX of any build, unless they didn’t actually value the output and handling of the M40i... or unless they couldn’t really afford the extra expense. #notevenclose

Definitely agree on the M40i comparison; it shouldn't be close in terms of performance. However, the Acura from a value/features perspective is pretty great, and I hope it's as good as it reads on paper.

New to forum

Just picked up my 18’ M40i yesterday. Build out is as follows

Phytonic Blue
Black Leather with blue stitching
Premium Package
Executive Package
Adaptive M Suspension
Trailer Hitch
Active Cruise Control
Wireless Charging
Harmon Kardon Surround Sound
MSRP 65,370

He was giving me 24,000 for my 15’ 435i GrandCoupe (fair)
He wanted 37,407 (3,500 discount, 4,000 rebate)
I offered 36,000, and after very little back and forth he took it.
As I was signing papers it wound up being 35,650 some finiancing loophole they took. My math says 9250 off sticker. It seemed too easy at first but after reading this site it seems like these discounts are common. It’s only been a day but the car seems insane. Any talk of a hard ride seems completely false to me, but I think a lot of that has to do with the perspective of what your daily drive last was. After driving the M40i my 435i felt like it was driving on rock tires. I think the 435 had more body roll than the M40i. I have a few questions/comments I’ll get to later when I have more time, but the forum seems real cool, and has been a great source of info so far. Good to be here.
