Adding X-line trim
Yes, I did a search for this first! Seems like most discussion is on pulling the X line trim OFF of the car but mine doesn't have it and I'd like to add it. Is it a stick on deal? Is there a set of parts I can order from my dealer (i.e., are they all separate or does BMW USA 'bundle' them)? Based on others pulling it off it sounds like the x line trim is literally stuck onto the factory black trim so I'm assuming it'd be a simple thing to add. Any thoughts?

I have been wanting to do this too. I dont know if the installation is easy and how much will the parts cost. Im looking to do the window surrounds and the side trim.

I tried removing the rear xline trim and can confirm it is bolted and anchored to the bumper (notches in the bumper) which means after removal 4 unsightly holes! On this basis fitting rear trim might be problematic but can comment on rest of bits
