Mudflaps and Chrome Exhaust fitted

Fitted muflaps and Chrome Exhaust.
Exhaust was a simple push fit.
Mudflaps easy enough, but had to change the front push-in rivets for screws to avoid a gap down the side.
Winter wheels purchased ready to fit.

Looking good.
I have not got round to fitting the mad flaps yet. Exhaust trim, like you said took seconds.

I have also ordered a set of winter wheels/tyres, just awaiting delivery.

Viking, re. your winter wheel/tyre set, can I ask when and what set you ordered and if you have an expected delivery date? I was told expect long delays and that they may not come at all this winter!

The flaps look great. A perfect blend with the standard ABS trim. Any idea if the same flaps would fit M Sport?

Fitted the chrome tip to mine also but haven't bought the mudflaps yet, although I plan to.

any issues installing the mudflaps? Dukat in his post said something about needing to get a few replacement fittings to hold the flap in place

u folks ordered from Coopers? i ordered early Oct and was told should arrive 2 wks ago, obviously hasn't!

it's a bmw accessory.. sells for about GBP 50 over here

Please be advised that my winter wheels and tyres ordered back in Jan '11, have not been delivered - BMW UK, are unable/unwilling to tell me when they will be delivered. My dealer is furious but unable to help either.

this can't be right, i ordered mine when i picked up the car in Sept 11 and as per above, the tyres have arrived today...

when i was ordering the dealer did say that BMW AG was only receiving stock mid Oct and would take roughly a wk to arrive in the UK thereafter

Dealer (Coopers) called me today, to say they have no clue when they will arrive, but said probably not to expect this side of Xmas. they said that it seems everyone has gone mad on ordering Winter tyres/wheels after last years weather.

yeah.. i ordered from Coopers too... doesn't really help if it's this side of xmas isn't it? then again, with the mild weather we've been having lately, i'm not sure if the investment will be worthwhile...

Got a call today: wheels and tyres are in already. Getting them fitted Weds

Yeah, it's probably a little bit premature but I don't trust any weather forecast that's more than about 5 days ahead and I knowing my luck I'd get caught out by an early November blizzard if I waited
