As the title suggests does anyone know when or if this engine will be available?

Rumour has it the M40i will have the uprated N55 also being used in the M2 so I wonder if that's what will be the case instead of a B58.

Since the 2017 X3 will feature the new engines, you'll have to wait till at least August 2016 to find some allocations slots with your dealer. Let's guess the price.

I know my 2013 X3 35i M has all the bells and whistles, topped out at $60,000 flat.

The 2015's top out at, I believe $62,000

The 2017 X3 40i M, I bet will be $65,500

Then for 2018 the X3 M priced out at fully loaded $89,500

lol, I'm just rambling here, but sounds accurate to me...
