Hamann has released a few pictures of its classic wheels fit onto the new X4.

While we are all probably just focused on the aesthetics of this car, as the wheels really make the X4 perfect, don't forget that Hamann also offers a range of ECU tuning options as follows:

xDrive20i: 208 HP and 315 Nm of torque
xDrive20d: 231 HP and 464 Nm of torque
xDrive28i: 272 HP and 392 Nm of torque
xDrive30d: 295 HP and 605 Nm of torque
xDrive35i: 348 HP and 449 Nm of torque
xDrive35d: 355 HP and 695 Nm of torque

We also expect cosmetic mods to come from the tuner in the coming months, but the car looks pretty much perfect with just the wheels

I fail to see why a car would need so many grilles and openings on the front, especially since half of them are fake

Looks very nice. Too bad it'll ride rough sitting so low.

First two pics are probably the best angle for the X4. I don't care for the wheels, but it's a good shot.

You are very much correct. The minute the other x-cars [x1/x3/x5/x6] dropped the raised roof rails, they started looking more like wagons, or as you pointed out, GT's. I realize BMW wants to make their exteriors more coeficent and save fuel, but somehow their classic designs are being lost in the process.

The X4 was obligatory to make the lineup complete, as an X2 would've been (or will be).

Is this in collaboration with the laid-off Pontiac Aztec designers?
