Hello everyone!

I have a 2017 X4 M40i on Swaplease (http://www.swapalease.com/lease/deta...?salid=1131993).

I got it in March 2017 and it has less than 2100 miles (out of the 5000 allowed).
It's a 36/10 lease with incredible terms: 0.00065 MF and 64% RV.
MSRP was $68695 but negotiated down to $62000.
Monthly payment is $627.18 and there are 30 months left.
The lease has 7 MSDs (to get that crazy MF) for a total of $4550 due to the lease owner at the end of the lease.
Car has never been in any accidents and it's in perfect conditions - tires are like new, never tracked it or canyon raced it either.

I'm asking $5500 at signing but I'm open to negotiating that.

If you are wondering why I want to get out of the lease is because I wanted an M4 but got a SUV to make the wife happy but then I realized that I want a car ready for the track.
