Auto stop start

Hi guys just wondering if it's normall when the car re-start by itself before I take my foot off the break or moving the steering wheel. Cheers

As answered its perfectly normal for the engine to restart itself depending upon the state of the car's electrical system or air conditioning demand. One query back to you - why are you using the foot brake to hold the car - the auto-hold function is much more convenient to use.

Yeah Tony I'm still getting used to it... Definitely much more convenience but in crawling traffic I just turn it off

If you always turn it off, why not just get the dealer to reprogarm it. Do they do that in UK?
