Hey everyone!

I'm considering changing the exhaust of my X4 M40i to a Straight Pipe. My question is if doing so will cause some sort of error to pop up on the dash (im guessing it might be due to the valves system which open in Sport Plus and Close in Comfort). Has anyone done this to their BMW?

Any thoughts are welcomed! I'm new to the exhaust swapping, so I'm kind of thrown of with what could happen once I change it.

Just remove the valve from the muffler and secure it underneath and leave it plugged in.
