Seat vests on sport seats

Has anyone had luck getting the BMW vests to fit well on the sport seats? My wife and I struggled with them today and could not get a decent fit.

I don't have the sport seats, but maybe these suggestions will help. They are not the best fitting seat covers. I first put the seat back in the full upright position, just like airline seats. I install the back first making sure the "fat" tab in pushed all the way through, then smooth and attach the velcro pieces at the top . Next, I install the bottom portion clip and then fit the front of the seat bottom working the material to the rear of the seat. After it is smooth, I push the tab through and return the seat back to the original position. With the sport seats you might try having the leg rest portion retracted into the seat. Also the seat back vest is marked for the appropriate side.

Thanks. That's pretty much what we did. Did you use any kind of a tool to push the tab through the gap. I think maybe we didn't get that through far enough.

Just caveman style. No tool, just my hands and elbow grease. I think I have better leverage on the bottom when it is installed as the second cover.
