Really nice car. Good luck with it.

Three questions please:

1. What are the buttons for in front of the door handles?

2. Is the fuse box still essentially inaccessible behind the glove compartment?

3. Does it default to the eco-pro mode or can you make it default into a more aggressive driving mode?

Great looking X3! I ordered mine a few weeks ago and am looking forward to delivery by the end of the month. Quick question for you.... Where did you get the license plate bracket for the front end?

1. For the F25 LCI, BMW finally put the lock/unlock buttons on the doors, next to the handles, instead of on the center console.

2. Yes. The two fuse boxes are located behind the glove compartment and behind the right fender.

3. I have only driven it twice so far so I will check and get back to you. I believe it always starts in comfort for me.

It is a great bracket, I highly recommend it. I had concerns about whether the bracket would clear the little bump on the M Sport bumper but rest assured there is plenty of room. It works with M Sport and PDC as well.

Really nice pics. I have surprised how few Moch interiors have been chosen by people on here - how does it look in the flesh - I think it looks great

Thanks! I'd say the Mocha looks even better in person. It can get really washed out in photos. I never actually never had the opportunity to see Mocha in person before ordering and took the chance and just ordered it based on the photos I've seen of it.

MSRP is $50450, before tax. It would probably be a lot more to buy the same car where you are.

How do you get the vehicle across the border, including your warranty? I was under the impression U.S. dealers would NOT sell to Canadians.

Its really not that difficult once you understand import requirements.
The description of the process is rather lengthy however, if you want to send me your phone number I will go over it with you, but it will cost you a bottle of nice bottle of Scotch.

Yes, I have both the heated steering wheel and headlight washers. I know in some regions Cold Weather Package and M-Sport were not compatible but my car does have both without issues.

I like the plate as well on the front, did you ask your dealer before delivery not to mount the front plate ? You did it yourself afterwards i guess. I like it i want to do the same i don't want dealer drilling holes through the bumper

Yup, I specifically asked my CA to not drill the front bumper. I drove it home with no front plate and installed the bracket myself. I would highly recommend it!
