New to the community so apologies if this is covered elsewhere - still learning about the forum Just thought fellow new F25 owners might be interested to learn there is a known issue with squeaky steering wheels on the 2015 X3. My dealer said there is a service bulletin from BMW in existence which you can refer to. My 8 week old X3 just had a new bulkhead seal and CV joint fitted. All is quiet now - so I can fully enjoy that 3.0 sound track again !

You're welcome - 2 weeks down the line and my steering still perfectly quiet so looks like this is the solution. Good luck !

what is the TSB#? I also find a little squeaky on the wheel. Thanks,

Production month was June 2014.

I don't know the TSB# sorry, just told by UK dealer it was a known issue for which a service bulletin had been issued. If I can find out I will post.

Were you able to figure out the TSB# ? It seems to be a pretty common issue and my brand new F25 2015 x5 seems to do this quite often when stationary as well.

How loud is the squeak? I hear a low whiny noise in mine thought ito due to non hydraulic steering and only audible on standstill.
