Daytime running lights

Hey folks. I have a 2012 X3 35i and am in Canada (DRL are mandatory). is there a way to have them not come on when the car is started but in Park, or even just when accessory power is on? going to a drive in movie this weekend and it might be cold. would be nice to have the car running with no lights on. I know you can just hit the radio button and all other power is off but that is annoying as it turns off every 10 mins. any help is appreciated!

Just go to the menu screen under lighting and click that option off.
