Anybody have a DIY for an HID fog setup?
As the title says, I was wondering if any of you have installed HID fogs in your X3. I just got the car and I'm completely unfamiliar with it, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Interested in this, or if anyone has any solutions to making the foglights look better when they are on (they look really bad compared to the HID lowbeams, that dull amber light is not attractive IMO)--any good replacement bulbs worth getting? If not, I'll probably never have the fogs on

When I got mine (X3), I’ll put the "PIAA Plasma Ion Yellow" bulbs in the foglights (and "Philips SilverVision" for the front turn signal).
But if you whant, you can have "blue" bulbs as Xenon here http://www.hoen-usa.com/ |

I've already installed the silvervision bulbs for the front turn signals and am ordering the Hoen xenonmatch fog bulbs today....now I may actually want to turn the fogs on!
