Bmw x3 problems on cold start

Hi everyone,
I have a 2007 x3 E83 2.5si with 80,000km.
I had a problem with an oil leak through my valves packing. I already replace it and did a complete maintenance and cleaning of oil, and also replaced the valvotronic seal.
Anyway if i start my car everything works, but if i leave the car for 36 hours or more, then i have some problems for the first ignition tries. After the car starts it have some highs and low revolutions and then stabilize. After that i can start the car without problems, unless i leave the car for many Hours.

Also if i press the accelerator, my interior light blinks...i am not sure if this would be related but telling you just in case. My alternator is working correctly but the battery is 3 years old, so probably i would have to change it.

following is a link that i recorded after left the car rest for 36 hours

Please let me know your thoughts. No error codes.

Regards
Kenneth
