Keep getting flashed

2016 x3 here. I keep getting flashed by cars thinking my high beams are on. How can I fix this issue myself? Or do I need to take her in and have someone razzle dazzle the computer?

Garage List
Headlights that are not adjusted properly can cause excessive glare to oncoming traffic, horizontal and vertical aim is adjustable.
Which headlights did your vehicle come equipped with, Halogen, Bi-Xenon or Bi-LED?
