Looking at X3's
My wife likes the x3 better than the x5. I dont know much about them so I am coming here to ask a few questions about it. Did they do a LCI anytime between the years 09-12? Im not to crazy about how the headlights look..

The X3 was completely redone in 2011. The first refresh is coming out in 2015. 2004-2010 is considered the first generation X3. 2011+ is the second generation X3. Look through the photo section of the website to see the differences in the two generations.

BMW appears to be on an April start of model year for the F25 X3. BMW has not announced anything, but the 2015 model year is expected to be the LCI, and production is expected to start in April of 2014.

LCI is the abbreviation for Life Cycle Impulse, which, as pokerface posted, is a facelift of the current model. BMW seems to be on a 7-year life cycle for current models. An LCI occurs part way through that cycle, about 4 years in. The F25 X3 started shipping to customers in, I think, January of 2011. The 2012 model year started shipping in September of 2011. The 2013 model year started shipping in April of 2012. The 2014 model year started shipping in April of 2013. BMW hasn't announced anything, but many of us expect that the LCI will take place with the 2015 model year, which will be released in April of 2014.
