2012 X3 28i Ordered =)

Just got back from the dealership, extremely pleasant experience at Endras BMW (for those in the GTA); no pressure and worked out a fair deal at 5.5% off MSRP.

2012 BMW X3 28i
Black Sapphire Metallic
Black Leatherette Interior
Dark Wood Trim
Premium Package
Executive Package

She'll be going on October production so probably will get her before Christmas.

Can't wait!

Just realized I want to purchase this X3 outright, but I signed a lease agreement last Saturday.

Do you think BMW Canada will have issues with me wanting to change that? I'm still purchasing the vehicle, just would like to pay for it upfront vs going the lease route.

My vehicle is not in production yet, and is still subject to the 2012 rates and residuals that were not available at the time of signed agreement.

So you don't want to wait for the N20 engine on 28i?

I was waiting for it, but when I saw 2012 wasn't getting it I got tired of waiting.

Looks like if we really want fuel savings, we need diesels. Ridiculous that most of the world uses them and we have nothing.

Can't hurt to ask.

I'm going to wait for the N20 or diesel. I really don't want to, but I also don't want to spend $50K on something that's not exactly what I want. Unfortunately, it means I'll have to get something else in the meantime because my lease is up in December. Which means BMW might just miss out since I might be happy enough with whatever used thing I pick up.

If they'd just brought the X1 here like they said they were doing, I'd probably already have an order in.

Hi Rinse,

What was the lease rate for the 2012 X3? Is it still 5.9%?
