Angry BMW Dealer Washed and Scratched My Car

I have a 2015 BMW X3 that I serviced (Oil change) and received it back yesterday (Friday). In the garage today I noticed a weird reflectivity on my hood so I went up for closer inspection and the hood is horribly swirled and there are multiple scratches (Black Sapphire Metallic). What should I do? Should I go back to the dealer and who do I tell about the scratches? Thanks, I'll add some pics in a little.

Rule number one: NEVER LET THE DEALER WASH YOUR CAR....EVER!

I leave a note in mine every time and also tell my service advisor not to wash it. I would let them know (service advisor and his manager) but would not take it back to them for correction. Instead, ask them to pay the cost to take it to a professional detailer to have it fixed right. As soon as you noticed it you should have called because now they may say you can't prove that they did it and it wasn't you that caused it. I go over my car as soon as I get it back and check it for scratches, dings etc before I leave the lot.

I realized I probably should have called them right away and I learned my lesson to not let them wash my car. Thanks!
